Cancellation Policy
Confirmed and Unconfirmed Appointments
If your appointment is confirmed at any time with one of our staff members, the below cancellation rules apply.
If your appointment is not confirmed prior to the booking time, you will be refunded fully.
Cancellation – 24 hour advance notice
Applies to only confirmed appointments.
We require at least 24 hour advance notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fees. However if your appointment is confirmed a fee will still apply.
Contacting USA Providers: To provide cancellation or rescheduling notice, you must contact us: 1) reply to the appointment confirmation email directly, 2) call to your local provider , or 3) contact us via contact form.
Contacting International Providers: To provide cancellation or rescheduling notice, you must contact us: 1) reply to the appointment confirmation email directly or 2) contact us via contact form.
If you or a portion of your group cancels within the 24-hour advance period, you will receive a refund. However, individual appointments will also incur a $50 cancellation fee, and for group appointments, there will be a $50 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellation – within 2 hour advance notice and missed appointments
Applies to only confirmed appointments.
Missed appointments or cancellation notifications within 2 hours prior to appointment time are non-refundable.
If part of your group is not present for the appointment:
a) If your group consists of 3 individuals or fewer, any missing individual will be charged in full.
b) If your group is composed of 4 individuals or more, any missing individual will be refunded for their services but will incur a $50 no-show fee per person. For example, if 10 people book, and 5 people show up, the 5 attendees will be charged in full, and the no-show 5 individuals will be refunded for their services but charged a $50 per person cancellation fee.
Iron infusions cancelation policy
If you cancel an iron infusion booking before your telemedicine consultation, you will be refunded. However, a $50 cancellation fee for the appointment will be retained.
If you cancel an iron infusion booking after your telemedicine consultation, you will receive a refund; however, a $249 fee for the consultation will be retained.If you are not medically cleared to receive treatment by our provider, you will receive a full refund.
Ketamine IV Therapy cancelation policy
Bookings are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
Bookings are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee if a 24-hour notice is not provided.
IV MEMBERSHIPS
Drip Hydration memberships (Vitamin IV & NAD) have a 3 month minimum requirement. If you cancel your membership prior you will be charged the remaining balance unless a valid medical reason is provided. You will still have the opportunity to use your remaining treatments within the 3 month window.
We do not issue refunds for unused treatments. You may pause your membership for up to 30 days but this must be done before the monthly charge is incurred.

Subscription
All subscription-based products require a minimum commitment of 3-4 months, depending on the product.
