Mobile IV therapy provides a wide variety of benefits depending on the package and potential add-ons that you choose. All IV administrations have a risk of side effects, although they’re generally mild or moderate. These can include pain or swelling at the injection site, nausea, vomiting, headache, upset stomach, or similar conditions. The nurse who administers your treatment will monitor your condition to make sure everything is running smoothly and any potential side effects are under control.
Under normal circumstances, you can receive your IV infusion on the same day that you book, usually in as little as two hours after you book. During peak usage times, same-day service may not be available, but you should be able to get next-day service. For events, we do ask that you book in advance so we can be sure that we have enough nurses and equipment to fit your needs.
No, no doctor’s prescription is required for the majority of our treatments. The only exception is our Ketamine IV package, which is considered a Schedule III substance on a federal level and does require a prescription. We do have doctors on staff who will give you a consultation and prescribe ketamine if it’s a good fit for you.
