Your shipment should arrive within one week after placing the order online.

The cost of NAD injections depend on the dosage and frequency of your subscription. As an example, a monthly subscription for a 500 MG vial is $249. A monthly subscription for a 1000 MG vial is $299. One-time purchases are also available. Depending on the dosage amount recommended by your medical provider, a 500 MG vial can contain up to 10 injections. 

NAD injections are generally not covered by insurance plans. Costs of NAD injections can be recovered by using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Financial Savings Account (FSA) offered by your employer as a way to use pre-tax money for NAD injections.
